Swiss Chard Soup

3 T grated onion
1/2 red pepper
1/2 huge fresh tomato, both whirred in food processor
stem of broccoli, grated
small broccoli head, chopped
12 medium sized leaves Swiss chard
3 C chicken stock
1 thigh or half breast chicken, chopped small
salt and pepper to taste

Saute in olive oil first 5 ingredients. Add chard, 4 leaves at a time and wilt. Salt and pepper to taste.
Add chicken stock. Simmer 5-10 minutes then add chicken and cook until whitened.
Serves 4.
