Red Cabbage Slaw

•                The juice of one orange

•                The juice of one lime

•                1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar

•                1/2 small red onion, coarsely chopped or grated

•                1 cloves garlic, grated

•                1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

•                2 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves

•                1 1/2 tablespoon honey

•                1/2 cup olive oil

•                Salt and pepper

•                1/2 head red cabbage, chopped or shredded


Combine the OJ, lime juice, onion and garlic, in a bowl and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Place cabbage, basil and cilantro in a large bowl and toss with the vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper and let sit 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
