Dinner Last Night

What we had for dinner was a lasagne-like casserole invented by Bryan and made up of layers of:
cooked noodles
ricotta we had in the freezer, thawed
fried ground venison someone gave us
decent bottled pasta sauce

Layer, bake, eat. Yum! Would have been great with some of those field greens, if we had any left. Anna’s greens preference is for more spinach, which is better in green smoothies than Asian greens. If you can manage to include lots of chickweed, so much the better!
