Kale Crisps

This is a great quick and crispy way to serve kale.  

  • kale leaves, torn into small pieces
  • olive  oil
  • garlic, minced
  • seasonings of your choice, if desired

Wash the kale leaves and toss in the minced garlic and olive oil.  Bake at 400 until crispy.  If using convection, bake at 375.  Watch carefully to avoid burning.  Enjoy!
