Strawberry Soup

Adapted from Taughannock Farms Inn

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, or frozen and thawed from last season
  • 10 oz sour cream
  • 10 oz vanilla yogurt
  • 4 oz. half and half
  • 1 oz white wine
  • 1 oz. strawberry liquor

Mix in a bowl. Use a stick blender and blend until smooth. Serve chilled.
